There are a few reasons why the price add-ons aren’t working in the cart or checkout.
- The add to cart action is set to “theme default” in our apps settings. Click here for more information about changing the add to cart action.
- You are on the Basic Plan. Make sure you are on the Advanced Plan in the Plans section of the app
- You are using another app such as an upsell, volume and quantity discount, or ajax cart app which is taking over the add to cat button and deleting our data.
- Your theme isn’t fully compatible with our app. Please contact us and we can make our app compatible with our theme.
