Why isn’t the app showing on the product pages

There are a few reasons why Variant Option Product Options isn’t showing on the product page.

1. Your pages may be cached and you will need to clear your cache by opening your website on an incognito or private browsing window.
2. Our app’s code isn’t installed on the theme you are testing. Click here for instructions on how to install our app’s code.
3. If the app isn’t showing on social media in-app browsers activate our app embed. Click here for instructions on how to activate the app embed. 
4. You haven’t saved any settings in our app for the product you are viewing. Double-check you have already saved settings in our app for the product.
5. You are using a page builder app and haven’t added variants to the template. Click here for instructions on how to add variants to the page builder app template.
