How does it work?

Recapture installs a small JavaScript snippet on your store and uses this to look for emails entered by your shoppers. Once we find one, we save it and when the shopper adds items to the cart, we track that event and with their email, send them the configured reminders you setup. Emails are sent from an external server with sending best practices already setup so you don’t have to worry about emails being blocked or ignored. The Live Cart Feed allows you to see exactly who put items in their basket, what emails have been sent, and which ones they clicked on before coming back to buy!
