This app allows you to engage a visitor before asking for their email address. It has three options:
1) Single Quiz- This allows you to ask a question if the person selects the positive option they will then be shown the opt in form.
2) Double Quiz- This allow you to ask a question if the person says yes they will see the opt in form. If they say no they will see the second chance form. One the second chance form you can offer a bigger discount. This gives you a second chance to get the email.
3) Discount Selector- This allows you to offer a visitor their choice of discount.
