The Koongo app is the data feed management tool that allows you to connect your Shopify store to more than 500 selling and advertising channels. The automatic order management is supported for selected channels.

Your channel orders can be automatically uploaded to your Shopify store. You can fulfill those orders directly in Shopify and handle them as regular orders. Your Shopify stock information is automatically adjusted.

Koongo app installation
To set up the Koongo app please follow the steps below:
- Install the app in your Shopify store by clicking the Add app
- After successful installation, select the required channel
- The integration manuals are available at Koongo websites, Channels tab
