You can uninstall Terms and conditions checkbox by following these instructions:
Go to the Shopify Dashboard.
Click Apps
Scroll Down to the bottom and click App and sales channel settings
Click “Uninstall”
All the apps code will automatically be removed from your themes when you uninstall.
If you decide to re-install the app all of your settings will still be there when you come back.
