Why isn’t my size chart showing up?
Make sure there is a size chart associated with the product you’re viewing. You can check the product list by hovering over the space to the right of the size chart’s title.
How do I add more products to my size chart?
To add more products, click the Add Products button on your size chart’s row. When you add products, they will be added to the product list to the left of the button.
I published a new theme, and now the app doesn’t work. What do I do?
If you change your active theme, just go to your store’s admin, click Apps and click Best Fit – Global Size Charts and the app will be automatically installed in your active theme.
The app didn’t install correctly. How do I install it manually?
- To install the code manually, first navigate to your Shopify admin and click Online Store.
- Next, go to the Actions dropdown and select Edit Code.
- Open the theme.liquid file and paste in the following code. Now the size chart button should show up in your product templates.
